SERVICE MODULE - FIGHTING WITH THE POOR OVERSEAS - 6 Months 

This period is a Service Module, meaning that you have completed the training and have readied yourself mentally and physically to now begin working within one of the assigned countries in Africa within a field you choose.  _____________________________________________________________

THE JOURNAL - 6 Months 

During the final period at the institute the journey is concluded by documenting your experience journalism style. Students study the following to continue at growing in the field of exploration, documentation and reporting within global perspectives. 

Reporting: Gathering information and producing a product 

Editing: Correcting, improving, and evaluating the obtained information

The Newsdesk: Taking the findings to the public 

Common Conclusion: As a team, comparing and contrasting the results
