Recolección de Ropa

IICD Massachusetts empezo su programa de Recolección de Ropa en Agosto de 2005. Por que reciclar ropa? en los ultimos 25 años los amercianos han consumido mas ropa que el año anterior. La ropa es mas que una necesidad para las personas que viven en la pobreza, niños en crecimiento necesitan de nuevas prendas de vestir al igual que los adultos al cambiar de tallas debido al aumento o dismunición de peso.

Hemos sido testigos de como cada vez mas y mas personas se estan concientizando en la importancia de reusar y recilar textiles, y quieren ser participes de un programa que beneficia al medio ambiente y brinda la oportuidad a mas personas de tener acceso a ropa a precios justos en los EEUU y el resto del mundo.

El programa de recolección de ropa tiene un impacto monetario importante para el funcionamiento de IICD y estamos muy agradecidos por la gran cantidad de donaciones de ropa que seguimos recibiendo!
